The five clusters of Berlin-Brandenburg and the four clusters of Brandenburg enable businesses, scientific institutions, social partners, representatives of the field of politics and other stakeholders to interact in an immediate and direct manner. In doing so, they can develop joint strategies and join forces in project groups.

Businesses are important players in the clusters and they share their expertise within their respective regions. This cooperation is advantageous with regard to costs and quality. Additionally, businesses can maximise their competitive potential within a union.
